SHOCK MOUNTS

Wire Rope:

Easy 2-point installation

X Type:

Type X shock mountings are highly effective in reducing the transmission of vibration, structure-borne noise and shock from a wide range of rotating and reciprocating machinery. Also in protecting sensitive apparatus from external disturbances.

AKCC Type:

Shock Absorber are meant for working in atmosphere in the presence of oil, diesel vapours and also possible contact with oil, diesel, fresh and sea water in temperature range of – 5°C to + 70°C and from – 10°e to + 100°e for a short duration (not more than 1 hour and not more than once a month)
Absorber are meant for working at a Vibration mode with a frequency up to 50 Hz, and rubber deformation amplitude in the direction of axisX,Y, Z up to 0.2mm
They can withstand up to 15 times the rated static load along vertical axis without permanent damage
Type AKCC Shock Absorbers can be used for shock Absorption of mechanisms apparatus units,etc.

COOLING COMPONENTS

We offer varaiety of Cooling Systems simply based on designs of the customer.
Orientation of Fans, Channelling the air path are all dependand on Rack design and heat spots
Fan Modules comprise of Fan Housing unit made of HE 30 aluminium with Centrifugal or Ball bearing or Sleeve bearing Axial Fans duly wired

CABLE MANAGEMENT ACCESSORIES

Rugged racks require Rugged Cabling arrangments
We offer not only cable channels but also Cable Retractors to ensure that cables are not crushed by mechanical components
Cable Channels are either made of Aluminium Sheets or SS 304 material – chromated or electropolished
Cable Retractors are made of SS 304 material duly electro polished

EQUIPMENT SUPPORT ANGLES

Heavy duty support angles are provided with different load bearing capacities
Made of SS 304 material and duly electropolished, these support angles are designed to meet Shock and Vibration requirements of the enclosure

TELESCOPIC SLIDES - STAINLESS STEEL OR ALUMINIUM

Heavy Duty Slides made of Galvanised Steel or SS 304 or Aluminium HE 30 material
Design is based on weight carrying Capacity

HEATERS

Extreme environments require temperature inside the cabinets to be maintained all the time
When temperature goes below zero heaters are of great importance
We provide ready to use heaters inside cabinet so that the inside temperature can be maintained as per requirements

GROUNDING (CABINET & SIGNAL)

We provide all the grounding accessories including BUS bars of required thickness having tapped holes at regular distance along the height of cabinet
Two bus bars one for Cabinet Ground and one for Signal Ground are provided

D 38999 OR OTHER MIL CONNECTORS

We can supply and integrate D 38999 and other MIL grade connectors based on customer designs
Integration at our end ensures that there is no mismatch and EMI EMC is taken care of 100%

Facia Panel – 1910-01:

Made of 2.5 mm Aluminium. Mostly Annodised. Facia Panel consists of PCB holder for Mounting PCBs. It can be fixed to the cards as well as to the Rack

PCB Guide – 1910-002:

Made from GFN (Glass Filed Nylon) 30% material. All the pieces are in single lengths and are suitable for 80 mm, 100 mm, 160 mm, 220 mm and 280 mm deep PCBs. Special feature is that it can take 1.6 mm to 2.4 mm thick PCB without any play in card guide. These card guides are specially designed to absorb vibrations. PCB guides are easy to fit, simple snap on type with good amount of rigidity and pass through 2g vibration test.

Plug In Modules – 1910-08:

Plug in modules as part of the card rack are fully made of aluminium. Extrusion covers Width and Depth , sides are 1 mm thick aluminium and Front and Rear are 2.5 mm thick aluminium. PIM’s are available in heights of 3U and 6U to suit single height and double height Euro Card Racks. Width available is 6T, 10T and 14T for 6U and any width for 3U. Depth can be suitable to customers requirements.

Copper earthing bars and straps are available for providing good quality electrical ground connections
