Higher and higher heat losses need to be dissipated with scientific integration of ventilation, heating and air conditioning. After assessing the environment, we apply the most relevant thermal concepts for optimising the airflow after studying acoustic requirements, limited space and redundancy.
Having provided with the heat spots and heat losses information, we can carry out thermal analysis on our 3D model and find out the cooling capacity required with corresponding cooling path. As part of execution of order, once the basic layout is provided by customer, we can offer the design and documentation.
Given the basic layout by customer, we can design the enclosure’s internal layout and mounting arrangement of different components. This will be based on the cabling, shock and vibration, ergonomics and aesthetics requirements of the environment where the enclosure will be used. This will help the smooth compliance with the tests, for example, the cables routing requires to be done from the point of view of EMI / EMC etc.
Having designed the enclosure we can do complete documentation that will comprise of 3D modeling of your enclosure, 2D production drawing. This will ensure proper inspection from third party and will also help in subsequent production in future.
